Refund

I bought an air fryer and to my surprise it didn’t have our normal plug so I requested for a refund on the 30th August. The air fryer was collected and On the 7th September I received an email saying my refund has been processed. After a week I contacted them to find out but I was told I needed to send copy of my id, bank account etc on the 14th which I did. On the 18th I emailed and asked if they received requested documents but no reply I received . On the 20th I sent another one and on the 21st I received their automated email. It’s been long and that air fryer was supposed to be my mom’s birthday gift which is on the 24th September and I needed to buy another one somewhere
