Refund and Cancellation Problems
On the 7th of March I ordered a laptop but then i didn’t want it so I called to cancel the order on the 10th of March. I was told on the call that they will cancel on my behalf but those were just lies. I called on the Tuesday and Wednesday and I still got the same response. On Thursday the 13th of March, I get a call that my order is at the door for delivery, I sent the delivery guy back with the laptop. It has been over 10 days now and I still haven’t gotten my refund and the order is still not cancelled on the app.

I called today, the 21st of March and I was told that they will call the 3rd party(the people selling the laptop) to try and verify that my order was brought back by the delivery guy.
This has caused a lot of inconvenience as I need a laptop urgently as I am a university student.
I would highly appreciate it if Hello Peter would intervene and help me get my refund back or get a laptop (ASUS Intel Celeron Dual Core) since it’s the one that is most compatible that I had originally wanted to buy since it was on promotion.
