Refund and bad customer service!!!!!!!

I honestly love makro but I was so disappointed over the weekend. The girl by the till was so impatient with us she was rolling her eyes,she was tired she took her time and really didn't care she wasn't of any assistance. We made a transaction via scan to pay firstly their system wasn't working properly eventually it goes through she says it didn't,we decide to withdraw money,pay via cash still our money hasn't reflected. While all of this is happening she's laughing huffing and puffing and acting tired and annoyed. It's been 3 days I literally had to call them throughout the day for assistance, no sense of emergency whatsoever they didn't even have any answers for my questions it was just I don't we don't we will see. My partner sent them an email of the required documents. They didn't even bother checking on it I had to call and remind them. Writing this very disappointed still nothing in my account.
