Refund

I am having the worst experience with Makro I have ordered items online on the 9th October 2024 payment went thru on my side but on the app it kept on saying awaiting payment I called they said I should sent proof I did sent statement showing that money went through but I still couldn't get my goods I requested refund on the 10th till today I am unable to get a credit on those items.... Order number MAK*** kindly assist all I am requesting is to get a refund as those items where bought cash on Friday already
