Refund

I ordered a kettle (Condere Cordless Electric) and received it on the 15th/16th. It had small dents but I didn't have a problem. After boiling the water I realized it was slightly open on the mouth resulting the water to leak. I immediately initiated a refund and I have been emailing and dm'ing them with no answer from them. It's always (we will escalate the matter). Only got called once and that's it! Makro doesn't care about its customers and it's sickening. I WANT MY REFUND!!!!!
