Refund

I mistakenly order more items then I required, I informed Makro as I noticed the order was not packed yet. The 1st person I spoke to assured me that the status of my order will be updated later on the App. I called the following day as the status was still the same, I was told I can’t change I have to wait for my order then log a return of which I did & received confirmation that the items will be collected in 2/3 business days. waited 3 weeks for them collect the items after more than 20 calls & emails. The consultant told me to give him a day as he has to wait for confirmation from their supplier. To date I’m waiting for his call, even though I’ve called & sent several emails, there is no response.
