Refund

When am I getting my refund??? And why am I receiving order collected email??? Who collected my order while you’ve cancelled some items due to lies of “No stock”. I sent an email cancelling the whole order on Wednesday and the was no response,and Friday a certain lady from you store called to ask me when am I collecting my Order? I told her to cancel the whole order and she refund which she agreed too.now my order is collected by WHO?????

I then called your call center and after long Minutes of waiting on the line while he checks the status of my order the Guy told me he’ll escalate the matter.
