Refund

The worst customer service. I cancelled my order on 09 January 2025 and as of today 03 February 2025, I still haven't received my refund. Despite multiple follow-ups with your customer service team, I am continuously told to wait for 7 days which has now stretched to nearly a month without resolution. This delay is completely unreasonable and unacceptable.
