Refund

I have been having a good experience shopping at Makro online. September 2022 i placed an order and the product was out of stock then i cancelled then requested my money back. Makro customer service advised that the product was from the third party and they will follow up with them for me to get my money back. I called them every third week for feedback and till to date i haven't received my money back and it has been 4 months and no one is even communicating with me. Makro please learn to follow up with your third party supplies.
