Refund

I've ordered on Makro 4 months ago and I never received my order, asked them to cancel my order and refund me till today I haven't received my money. I've been going back and forth with this issue, their online service is horrible. I've also tried emailing them also, what they do best is to apologise and never act. See me shopping at Makro ever again
