Terrible service actually everything is bad We bought an iron for our hotel for R7000 rand in December online Grandekloof Boutique Hotel . The iron wasn't working and we returned it . Now there were suppose to return the iron back to us and they say they don't have anymore which doesn't make sense because on there website there are advertising for the same press iron . since December they said they will refund the money back to our account and never did . we even call the main head offices as far even as the director still nothing . they all say one thing the financial department is on it they will get back to us . We are tired we are now ready to call legal terms on them .

i say never use them
