Refund

I have now sent numerous emails to get the item returned and to receive my refund. you delivered the incorrect item and i had to go and purchase it somewhere else. i am now out of pocket and would like to know when you will send feedback? the order process was so quick and easy and now the whole experience is ruined by no response for the refund. This was my first and last time ordering from you.
