Frustrating Shop ever The fact that everytime I write a review they would call and promise to process my Refund but that hasn't happened at all no communication after the phone calls they just carry on ghosting me. Makro online have the worst online service ever now I can't even access my makro online account I don't whats going on It's been 2 months still waiting for my refund

Two months now and am still waiting for my refund. This is one company I will never recommend to use when shopping online
What's worse is that Durban Spring field branch when you call they will put you on hold then drop the call what kind of customer service is that
I am very frustrated cz I work very hard for my money for them to **** me like this
This is not right at all

Worst online service ever. Makro doesn't care about their customers at all
Two months now and am still waiting for my refund. This is one company I will never recommend to use when shopping online

It's been two months still nothing has been done about my refund they keep saying they are looking into the matter but it's all lies
Don't buy from Makro online or you will regret it, their services is the worst
Their customer online portal is the worst these people don't care about anyone but making a profit, they are now ****ming us the little money we have in this worst economy
All I want is my money that's all and I know am not the only one going through this
