Refund
I did an order online on the 25th of March and the charged me. Few minutes later i cancelled the order and i did not get my refund. I have sent emails, called the call centre even went to branch but i sti have get my money. Its been more than 10day now

11 Apr 2025, 11:11I have been calling everyday and they keep telling me that ifs been escalated to Finance department since the 25th of March. Everytime when i call its a new escalation to Finance
