I think makro are a bunch of *******. I am still waiting for my refund 2 weeks later. I have asked for a supervisor to call and obviously nothing. I want my refund today.

18 Jun 2024, 14:48Makro you once again have proven that you are useless. I got a call saying she would escalate this and find out from finance and will get back to me. Now I sit patiently waiting. I want a manager to call me now and I want my money today or I will be taking this further. I have been waiting for longer than 2 weeks now. Your policy say 7 days. But I must wait. The product I purchased was faulty and I must wait. It does not work like that. I want my money now today.

18 Jun 2024, 16:40Makro I have never dealt with *********** people. I have been waiting for over a month for my refund only to be told again I must wait another 14 days. Not a chance. If someone doesn't contact me now to resolve this I will have to go the legal route. This is ridiculous.
