Very disappointing refund process from Makro

I am extremely disappointed with Makro’s refund process. I returned a product on the same day it was delivered, and the product was not even opened or used. Despite this, I have been left waiting for my refund while Makro continues to wait for feedback from the seller.

I honestly do not understand why a straightforward return should take so long when the product was returned unopened and unused. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up just to get their money back.

The return process may be easy to initiate, but the refund process is frustratingly slow and lacks proper communication. I expected much better service from Makro.

Makro needs to improve its refund turnaround times and communication with customers. If a product is returned unopened and immediately after delivery, the refund process should be quick and hassle-free.
