I bought items at Makro online on the 28 July 2023, only to find out 1 item that I had ordered was out of stock. It's been over a month waiting for my refund. Do not buy online at Makro.

Since you said you would provide feedback, it's been 14days. I've been waiting for my refund since the 1st of August 2023. I know it's not a lot of money but for my family it can buy bread for 3 weeks. Makro has sent me the 4th email requesting my banking details but the refund is never processed.
