Refund

After makro has been giving me a run around regarding my refund after they sold me a used item..Thursday their hello petter department agent called me and told me they they have sent me proof of payment and the funds were processed that was Thursday till this morning the is no money in my account the is no proof of payment sent to my email ,so I was **** to once again.
