Refund

Ive placed an order on the 19th of December 2024, some of the items on my order were cancelled due to no stock, i was then notified that i will receive my refund within 2-10 days but even to date i have not received my refund. This is not the first time complaining about refund, when i call their call centre they say refund has failed they will escalate the matter of which i know they always say so and never act. What ive learned is that once your refund is more than R100 they give you headache they do not want to refund but if it is less than that they refund within a blink of an eye. Makro please work on your app so that if the item is out of stock we will be aware instead of you *****ing from us and refuse to bring back what is ours.
