Refund

I bought groceries on the 20th December worth R2000 and I cancelled the order because Makro kept on trying to deliver to a wrong address. I made the purchase via Payflex and I paid R665. I have been trying to get a refund for a month now and only been refunded R1100 and this was credited on the Payflex account which means I still owe Payflex R900 and half of it will be debited from my account tomorrow and the rest on the 25th Feb. I am paying for things that I never got. All this money will be over R1500 that I’ll be paying. I have called, emailed and WhatsApp’d them but still nothing. Makro has the worst service and I’m still spending money as the calls are charged.
