Refund

I have been calling Makro everyday single day for the past 2 weeks following up on my refund. I purchased an item on the 8th of September returned and concluded by Makro on the 14th of September 2023. Item was purchased for an amount of R1297 but only received an amount back of R144 - now you tell me if that's normal!! I have beeeeeeeeeeen calling the call centre where every time I call I need to repeat myself after they place me on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time. Guys, I'm tired. Item ref number: MAK*** Esc ref number: *** I have been asking to speak to a manager but gets told the manager isn't in, now I'm not sure if she doesn't like her iob that she's never at work or what is the issue. I was then told that the only manager there is Mashudu who is the one that's never around. Spoke to Mlondi on Friday and he said I should receive feedback by Monday. Yho guys I'm tired, I just want my money please
