REFUND

It has now been months of me chasing my refund for 1 x retractable fan that was not delivered R 1340.00 - not a small amount. I have sent another email to log today - ref CQGN. I received a partial refund for the fans that were not delivered but not the ceiling fan. Perhaps someone can sort out this out - not my first query, been going on since last year......
