Refund

I made a purchase on the 15th of October upon delivery I realized one item wass missing, when I enquired about it I was told it was cancelled because it was out of stock, but when I made a purchase it was said to be available, I've written 2 emails for the refund I still haven't received it. The last email they said I must must wait another 14 days for refund, same thing they said after the first email, my patience is running thin honestly
