Refund
I logged a returned of goods on the 15th of March and got confirmation on the 10th April that "refund request ********** 7 has been successfully done". According to the email, refund can take up to 7 working days to reflect. I have not received my money till today and I have called the contact center, all I am told is that the matter was escalated.
