I had an order canceled the a while ago it has been weeks now and I am still waiting for my refund. I am basically begging for my own money when they are the ones who canceled my order

Please note that I havent received my refund. This is the most frustating thing one could ever go through, I spoke to one of your consultant on whats app and she said my has reflected to my capitec account. I will have to seek further assistant with this, Maybe take this to tik tok and twitter because I am so agitated!!

Please note that I havent received my refund. How many people should I explain this to. I no longer use the account that I purchased with. I did mention that please consult mashudu regarding this issue. I sent her the new banking details before the refund was processed. My old account that I purchased with was canceled with capitec long before the processing of my refund
