I placed an order on December 10, 2025, money went off from my account, but the order was not placed. I have been calling sinve then i have been talking to different people every day yet i am not getting my refund.Can i please have my money back i am tired of your poor service

07 Jan 2026, 18:43Makro is definitely hiring idiots , we have been through this before I placed an order on December 10 money went off from my account but I didn’t not receive order number /confirmation I called in a thousand time your *********** call centre agent asked me to send my ID copy , bank statement and prove of account I did all that because you guys have issues with Capitec pay . We heading towards 1 month with me asking for my money but because your so called finance department is full of idiots I am not getting my R3300 that I worked for.
