Refund

I bought a mat instead of an office chair at makro, followed all returns and refund policy, mind you i didn't even open th3 package, it was collected within 3 days of purchase, amd requested a refund, they told me about 14 days, its been over 14 days still waiting for my refund, did follow up calls,i always get Sama e response that money is in progress till when must wait? You guys were very fast to collect but slowly to refund even after the waiting period
