Refund

"Please be advised that we have received feedback from our finance department stating that they have successfully processed your refund. Please allow 2–5 working days, bank dependent, for the refund to reflect in your account. When checking your bank statements, kindly backdate from the original transaction date to the current date, as banks usually backdate such payments."

I have been told this 3 times over a span of 2 months! I still have not received my refund from Makro. I am tired of the empty promises.

I want an immediate same-day payment. This process started in september, we are now going into december and I still have not received my refund.
