Refund

This doesn't even deserve a one star, I ordered a gas/electrical heater in June, it was faulty and I requested them to fetch the heater and give me a refund... this was in the beginning of July. it's October and I still have not received my refund. They are just full of excuses and apologies and no action. What a disappointment.
