Refund

I ordered a product with makro June 2023 It happened that the product stopped working somewhere in October and I returned it after its was reviewed they said they can’t fix or replace the product but they will refund me as the product have been face out I called in November to ask about when will I get my refund they said 7days they money will be in am talking to you today on the 13/11/2024 I have not received my refund I have sent any documents required am told the financial team till today I am tired of following up and not getting my refund my you kindly assist I made call even went to twitter nothing is helping they keep telling me sorry they are trying to fix it
