Refund

I so hurt and frustrated about this company, ive placed and order Mak*** mid March and they've send me wrong books after i waited for 3 weeks, they ive logged for collection and refund, books were collected and i was told they are processing refund on the 5 of May still today no refund, ive made numerous calls waisted R200 pn airtime, they dropped calls or put you on hold for 20 minutes with no help, they dont respond to email, just bunch of agents who do not know what they are doing
