Refund

Had a bad experience with makro online. On the 09th November 2024, made an online order at makro of the value of R514 and paid. On the 10th November 2024 got an email telling me some item on my order was out of stock and R438 was going to be refunded back to my account. I quickly went online and i found out at studenvelly store they had stock. A consultant contacted me and told the out of stock story and i told her that but the store with the stock i want. After that call i send out an email asking for feed back on my refund and did not get a respond. I never stopped with the emails since i wanted to place an order agin since i see the was stock available. Got a shock of my life when i saw i was blocked from sending emails and placing an order and no communication regarding my respond. M really disappointed at what had happened
