Refund

I am not sure how long a refund is supposed to take with makro,they will call and promise and you will never hear from them. You call with your airtime and no one will even know that you had placed an order,i even emailed Ceo and the director of e-commerce but no one seems to care about anything at mass mart,no one..WHAT A SHAME!!
