On the 20/4/19 i ordered a Ellies modified inverter 1200w for R8999..delivery date was supposed to be on the 2/5/19 to this day i have not received any delivery. I have phoned Makro on numerous occasions and did not receive any feedback.i then cancelled the order and was told that it will take 7 days for the funds to be in my acc.i phoned this morning again and was told that i have to wait another 7 days .this is unacceptable business attics on makro.my ref number given by makro is ref118052 . Being a loyal customer i had to purchase the inverter at the makro crown mine for cash dd the 29/5/19 .
