REDUND OF R180 NEVER RECEIVED

Bought groceries 18 Dec 2023 and received a notification that few of my items are not available and a refund of R180 will be refunded in nmy account within 7-10 working days. I guess they gave it to Jesus as his birthday gift coz i haven't received it. For the mere fact that ive sent emails,online enquiries and been told its ferered to the correct department. Theres no such, was ripped of R180 ,soo pathetic .IL NEVA BUY AT MAKRO AGAIN,NOT ONLINE today is the 17th day and yet no response from makro no apology no nothing. I guess the correct department still needs to be created and staff be trained
