Recurring issues with my Makro orders.
I am writing to formally escalate a recurring issue with my Makro orders, as this is the third time I have experienced a problem.
My most recent order included a 100 Watt Solar Flood Light pack of 3, however only 1 unit was delivered. This is a clear fulfillment error that needs to be corrected immediately.
This follows a previous incident approximately two years ago where I ordered a Kärcher FC 5 Floor Cleaner as a gift for my wife. The unit arrived in a dirty, used condition. As this was given to her as a gift in front of family, the embarrassment caused was significant. A brand-new product should never arrive in that state.
I am requesting the following resolution: • Delivery of the 2 outstanding Solar Flood Lights or a full refund for the missing units. • An explanation of the quality control failure that resulted in a used item being dispatched. • Assurance that steps are being taken to prevent this from recurring.

- A pop up will appear please to select the number of items you want to return.

Proceed to initiate a return for the item.
