Makro Polokwane Raymond Kgatla I would like to recommend this young man for going that extra mile. I have a very old cat and she can only eat jelly packets of cat food. I went looking every where. This young man said he would ask them to order and let me know this was on Friday. On Saturday morning he phoned me and told me that there were packets and he would meet me by the door and let them take iy of where it was stacked on a pallet. I couldn't believe the service this young man was giving me. I asked him if he was a manager and he rep**** by saying No but that he loved his job. Please make Raymond a Manager. You need more workers like this loyal and dedicated making every customer feel important even if it was only for my old cat he went far beyond a normal workers place. And he did it all out of his own. Thank you Raymond for your friendly and efficient service. Thank you that nothing feels to unimportant for you to do your best for Makro's customers. I met him at the door and je made sure that I got my cat food. For this I would tell my friends and every one I know of this service and hope it brings more customers to Makro.
