Reckless trading

Hi I don’t take writing this review lightly or just out of frustration but it needs to be done.Makro online needs to be stopped they treat their customers very badly,they supp**** the wrong goods and for more that two weeks now been promising to sort it out or to get their supervisor to call me but nothing.more than 10 calls and about 8 emails but no assistance at all. They really cannot be allowed to carry on like this and people needs to know that they cannot be trusted .I can’t afford to just write off the money I paid so will also be contacting the consumer protection complaints department.
