reckless
I was shopping at makro Ottery n one of their hyster driver knocked down shelves and I they injured my right side hip and back area and I asked for incident report n got thm but thy refuse to give a copy of the city camera so I decided to lay a law suite against them after they didn't give a **** how I'm doing after the incident. Makro cares more of us costumers spending our hard earned money but whn their reckless n negligent staff hurt us thy don't care.

An incident report was completed,our occupational nurse assisted you and advised that you need to see a medical doctor.
We would require a doctor's report stating the nature of the injury and treatment required.
Any invoices relating to treatment to be forwarded to Makro
We will forward details of the claim to our insurers for investigation and consideration.
We do not pay for medical expenses up front and that the process need to be adhered to.
