Received rong item and prolonged return

I bought a headboard to makro online, they brought a completely wrong colour, I immediately logged a return, no one responded I had to constantly call them, it's been 3 weeks they have not collected the headboard and their customer service is very poor, let alont communication.. Never buying from them again.
