Received old hoverboard with scratches and worn wheels

I also ordered a hoverboard from Makro for my daughter's birthday. It was delivered late and the colour and style was different from the online description.

The hoverboard was also clearly old. It had bad scratches on all sides and the wheels were clearly worn. My other daughter tried riding it but the balance is completely off. She has been riding for 4 years so it is not inexperience.

Tried to get a refund but the website is faulty and it took me 2 days to get it submitted. The help line also didn't help me.

Tried to write a bad review on their website, but apparently negative true comments do not "comply with their review guidelines".

I fear that I may not get my money back and my 5 year old is still waiting for her birthday present.
