Received a used TV with missing parts!! Makro online is a ****

I purchased a TV online and it was delivered. The store sent me a used Tv that was on display, it didn’t have a plug, the stand, remote or anything else. Only a screen that looked used and dusty, I contacted Makro montague gardens as it was processed from that store, they promised me a brand new tv by the end of the day and it was not fulfilled.I have sent so many emails and called with no avail, no one has contacted. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON Makro online. It’s very disappointing, how does a big store send a used item with missing parts. The manager said that it was a mistake, what kind of a mistake is that. I haven’t received any feedback regarding this. Makro online is a big ****!!! I’m very disappointed with Makro online and also Makro Montague gardens!!! The customer service sucks, you get transferred to different departments!!
