received a used product that was torn and filthy from bird poo

After 3 weeks waiting for my Camp Master dome gazebo which had to be delivered from KZN to Jhb, I received a used, filthy and torn product. What was supposed to be a simple pain free process has now cost even more after phone calls, a trip to return the product at a store, and now left with no Gazebo for the holidays because everywhere is out of stock. its disgusting To make matters worse, i have informed the online customers services who have not had the courtesy to come back to me
