received a damaged gps device

I purchased a TomTom gps on Monday 29/06/2015 , I opened it on Tuesday and it was damaged. It appeared to be used. I took it back today 01/07/2015. I dealt with a guy by the name of Rowland who claimed to be the \SBU manager ". He says that I was the one to damage it and that it's IMPOSSIBLE for it to have been damaged! That comment was very insulting let alone his rude attitude towards me! The product was returned exactly the way I found it. I trust that Makro will keep to its word regarding returns and exchange the product"
