Received a damaged dishwasher
I have purchased a defy dishwasher online from Makro 3 weeks ago. On arrival the dishwasher was damaged and I requested it be replaced with a new undamaged product. I have contacted makro online everyday, being promised it will be fetched and replaced. However after 2 weeks the damaged dishwasher was fetched and I was promised it would be replaced. I am still awaiting a call from Makro and for the new dishwasher. I then received an email notifying me that a refund will be given to me. The dishwasher was on promotion when I purchased it and I didn't opt for a refund, I am upset that makro doesn't listen to its customers. My issue is still pending.

Today is the 15th of September and surprise Makro hasn't reached out to me as yet. I have contacted Makro everyday without any assistance I am currently waiting on line for the last 25 minutes for a manager to speak to me. It is quite clear that makro doesn't care about their clients. I was now advised that I should contact when a manager is available. This is down right pathetic services. Please can you advise someone competent to contact me regarding the delivery of my dishwasher. I never want to purchase anything from Makro again!
