Reattempting delivery is really stressful

The worst I regret buying my fridge from Makro. The delivery 🚚 arrived on Saturday to deliver my fridge but they saw a child and the child explained to go and call the elder who was at the back yard. When the elder arrived they were already gone. They returned my fridge to the warehouse. Now it's been a struggle to get my fridge delivered. I contact the customer service care they tell me it's going to be delivered today and that today pass and they will say tomorrow again and that tomorrow pass I no longer know when my order is going to be delivered. I contact the courier the courier said they don't have access to the warehouse. I contact the customer service they give me the link to the wumdrop which keeps on changing dates and I no longer know which I is true. I just want my fridge. When I contact the customer service care they say different things.
