Really really bad service from the delivery company

The guys called me at 14:59 to deliver a fridge from Makro Vaal.The fridge couldn’t fit on the open doors and had to call my brother for another key. ….the guy became very impatient started calling his boss and telling me that they are going because the truck is full , he started taking videos of my house without my permission ,had to stop him …he was very rude and they dumped the fridge in the garage as we speak I’m not sure if it’s the right fridge I bought
