Really Pathetic Service, *****ing from the poor. This order was for a charity

I really need some actual assistance I have been struggling to get this order delivered to the correct people for months now and everytime I phone the call centre I get told it will be done, and it never gets done then the ticket gets closed every week without it being resolved this has been going on for months now and I have found numerous complaints from people that even if I cancel the order you never get your money back, other than going to the Ombudsman and Carte Blanch to complain I am not sure how to resolve this.

Your call centre staff just don’t care , when I called to change the address straight after placing the order and realizing the address was incorrect, they didn’t even bother to make the change and after about 3 phones calls to check it still went to the wrong address and now its been recalled and the address has been changed of phoning continuously they still have not managed to send it to the correct address..

Supervisors promise to call back and never do, I have phoned and get told that Ottery stores telephones are not working when in fact I phoned back and asked if I can be put through to the store I get put through.

I think this is a very big company that is *****ing from people and just doesn’t care… This order is for a charity, and we ordered everything early so that it could be ready in time for easter, but yes this is what these companies do ***** from the poor.

I will be posting this all over social media as well to see if I can get a response because doing it through the correct channels is not working..
