Really Disappointed and lost of trust

I ordered a handheld vacuum cleaner, and the delivery was late. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong, cheaper model! Lack of ownership and blames the supplier. This is actually my second bad experience with this company, and it’s honestly very frustrating.

Now they expect me to go through a long return process to fix their mistake. Terrible customer service and poor attention to detail. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.
