Real Excellent and Caring service from Makro Bloemfontein Staff

<p>This compliment go’s to the lovely two gentleman named Lebogang Sehlare and his co-worker Eketsang Nathane at the Makro Camping Department in Bloemfontein. I was desperately in need of a part for my gazebo that broke because of the wind that blown it over. I asked around everywhere for someone to help me in fixing my gazebo and even searched on the internet but, did not find any luck. Before I almost gave up hope and almost dumping my gazebo, something tolled me to call Makro Bloemfontein. On 18/11/2016 I called Makro, spoke with Lebogang and I asked him if they at Makro knows of someone that can fix gazebos or even just sell the parts. Lebogang advice me to just hold on a bit, spoke to his manager and advice me to come to Makro with the broken part and they will gladly supply me with a part at no cost. I was very surprised yet vey happy about it, the next day I showed up at Makro asked for Lebogang, Lebogang greeted me and advice me to wait for him at returns where he will bring the part to me. Lebogang and his co-worker Eketsang came and handed the part over to me. I was so very happy and thankful for this. The assistance I received from them was really very warm, helpful, fast and they will never know what it meant to me. Thank you Lebogang and Eketsang for your help.
